A few year’s ago I signed up for Department of Natural Resources’ MyDNR newsletter. It’s great! You learn about all the upcoming events at all the state properties, plus you can enter to win prizes – this month’s an ipod! My favorite part is that I can customize it the stuff I want to know about.
I just learned that there is going to be a FREE fishing weekend June 7-8 at various DNR locations. I’m grabbing my fishing equipment and going!
