Zoeller and rookie designer, Clyde Johnston, partnered to develop what would become Champions Pointe Golf Club. Starting out with a partially developed golf course near Henryville, Indiana the two picked up where things left off. They built a clubhouse overlooking the existing lake, created average size green complexes with 1-2% slope range and varying shapes, offering golfers a scenic, but challenging course.
I just started golfing last summer…I’m definitely putting this course on my “Must Do” list.
